This Privacy Policy explains how TikTheftAuto5 (“we”, “the App”) handles information when you use the website and the personal desktop application.
1. Who this is for
The App is a personal / private tool primarily used by its owner. This website exists to describe the App and to host required legal pages for TikTok Login Kit configuration.
2. Information we process
- TikTok Login Kit data: If you connect TikTok, we may receive identifiers and profile fields allowed by the scopes you approve (for example display name, avatar, and username), plus OAuth tokens needed to keep the session working.
- LIVE interaction data: While listening to a LIVE stream you control, the desktop App may process public LIVE events (such as likes, gifts, follows, and chat) locally to trigger in-game actions.
- Local configuration: Settings such as reward mappings may be stored on your computer (for example under your user AppData folder).
- Website logs: The hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To authenticate your TikTok account inside the desktop App
- To map LIVE events to local GTA Story Mode companion actions
- To operate and secure this website
We do not sell personal information.
4. Storage and sharing
OAuth tokens and local settings are stored on the user’s machine unless you intentionally deploy your own optional backend. We do not operate a public multi-user cloud account system for this App.
TikTok processes authentication under TikTok’s own privacy policy when you use Login Kit. Hosting providers (for example your web host) may process website request logs.
5. Retention
Local tokens and settings remain until you sign out, delete them, or uninstall the App. Website server logs are retained according to the host’s defaults or operator configuration.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect TikTok / sign out inside the desktop App to wipe local login session data
- Revoke App access from your TikTok account / TikTok for Developers manage-permissions flows where available
- Stop using the website and App at any time
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region for TikTok / the game).
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
